Numbers were confusing with the earnest money

We mostly had a problem with communication. When we would call or text it would sometimes take a while to get someone to call or text back even during business hours. We also had issues with assistant Teri and her being detail oriented, multiple times she mistaked our loan with others and would respond to our emails with wrong information because she was responding about others loans. It made things very confusing sometimes.

I would have liked to known what the buyers need to make sure we hit the loan commitment deadline. I had to rearrange my entire day to track down the items needed a day after the deadline and a day before closing. Had I not reached out to you I would have had no idea we needed anything. I am thankful we got it all worked out but feel it should have not gotten to that point

Well I first started going through Teri then tad got ahold of me but by the end I had 4 people giving me different things this was my first home loan it was just stressful im happy now that I'm in my home

Tad was pleasant to work with but the refinance experience was terrible and lasted from August to the end of January. Documents that were sent ahead of time weren’t looked over until deadlines were due and sometimes they would need revising or something resubmitted so everything was at the very last minute and made us scramble to find documents by the next day. If we were told a ahead of time it wouldn’t have felt like such a chaotic rush.

Answer questions and follow up on concerns promptly, give us a heads up personally when needing additional information rather than automated calls from LaCrosse asking for personal information. Get our names right—misstated my wife’s name multiple times in multiple emails without an apology or correction—this is our third loan with your company. Some personal treatment /care/concern would have been appreciated
