From the time I walked in my experience was good. Very little pressure and the showroom was set up great. The delivery was on time and the guys did an incredibly good job. The product was in great shape and I love it. The only negative I have is that I also bought a mattress pad that was suppose to ship with it.. it did not come. The paperwork said that I picked it up when I bought the set but because I bought it with a check they wouldn't release it. Now I'm told they don't have any to send me. They are on order.
