Doug is fantastic. I never met someone in a shop that is this caring. My husband and I went to Taft several times and bought a bunch of furniture. We requested Doug each time. We will definitely recommend the store to others, especially Doug!

Got furniture from both Taft and bobs discount furniture, the experience and customer service are night and day difference 5 stars Taft, 0 stars for bobs, the in store experience is best as well compared to other big name places, just a pleasant greeting unlike other stores where they literally stalk you and follow you around the store trying to sell sell sell, very happy with taft , will only shop there for now on
