I bought a new rocker recliner to replace an old worn out chair. The salesman, Tony T., was very helpful & patient while I tried out many recliners before finding the right one. The delivery couldn't have gone smoother. The delivery team of Gary & Mike arrived quite early in my 3 hour window, set up the chair & made sure I was very satisfied with the placement of the recliner.
