The service was very good! The men who dropped it off were quick to assemble it for me and cleaned up the packaging nicely! The couch and reclianer are very comfortable! Thank you!

When the furniture was bought, the couch was in stock with the possibility of the chair mid August. I called for delivery and it couldn't be delivered until the 19th. Told the couch would be delivered and got the chair. The couch will be available mid to late September which doesn't help with the planned get together with no place to sit. Not happy!😪

I waited 6 months for my furniture for it to finally get here and the couch doesn't fit on the elevator, so now I have to settle for a different piece of furniture that will fit on the elevator! Not happy??😥😥

YOUR DIVLVER GUYS GET A "F " From me . They complained the whole time they were here about me having a bed the had to put the Fram around it They know it was going to rain I told they to bring in my table and other parts so they won't get wet. They said they were not going till they were done with something they were doing There was two guys and the older was just bitching the hole time and very mad that he had to work..... Why does Taft Furniture think it's ok to dump their garbage after a delivery they made into a complex and leave it there. And the delivery wasn't even made for this complex, it was for across the street. Disrespectful and rude.

When I placed the order on 1/10 my confirmation indicated I would be contacted within a day or two to schedule delivery. After texting and finally calling I got on the delivertly schedule about 2 weeks after ordered for 2/2, nearly a month after order. Then on 2/2, I was rescheduled to 2/9. On 2/9 when my order was supposed to be delivered by 430pm I had to leave my home at 515 and travel 5 miles to escort the delivery truck to my home?

Base on previous experience that was good with Taft lead me to purchase again. However, the next experience was the complete opposite. I purchased a bedroom set and the delivery team delivered damaged a set. I had to call in for an exchange set which happened to be in worse conditions then the first set. The delivery team did some touch up on the first set and I needed the storage drawer replaced. I was told the draw was going to be delivered the following week. 1. Our new chairs had damage. 2. Samantha from the delivery department was very helpful and was genuinely concerned. 3. Whoever The young lady in customer service was gave me a hard time. I asked for an email address and to speak with a manager was was told no. I insisted and finally hot the customer service manager. That young lady whoever she was shouldn't not be in customer service, she should be fired! 4. The furniture was not clean. Clearly there were fingerprints in a powdery substance on the legs and the seat backs. ... read more

I cannot express the depth of our disappointment in the handling of our order. Tomorrow will be a month since we ordered our furniture. At the time of sale we were charged full price instead of sale price. Difference of approximately $600. I called the salesperson, who supposedly wasn't in, to discuss the price. The Sales Manager returned my call and made the appropriate changes.
