Tania is amazing! We built a home in FL while living across the country and Tania made the distance super easy and went out of her way by sending tons of updates and pictures of our home while being built that really put us at ease due to not being able to see it often ourselves. When we hit the button "contact an agent" we were taking a chance. Luckily Lance was the one on the other end to lead us down the right path. My fiancé and I were "virtually" looking at homes in Florida from our places in Pennsylvania. Lance was more than familiar with the homes available in the New Tampa area. Lance is extremely easy to work with. He worked with my fiancé and I to find what we were looking for and be realistic with us about the local market, what you get for the money, and was awesome at doing virtual tours of homes with us while looking for the right place. Lance was there by our side through the entire process of closing and made sure we were satisfied with our decision and purchase.
