Martika was incredible. She add that personal touch and made my experience of buying out of state a breeze. She was my eye and ears when I was not available for viewings, home inspection and even walk through. She came my to spend some time with us when we finally visited our vacation “pool home”. We were introduced to Tania through our son who Tania helped find a home. He couldn't stop singing her praises. So, hubby and I were looking to live closer to our grandchildren and decided to ask Tania. It was the best decision we ever made. John and Maria Hoffman handled the sale of my home in the most professional way. Debbie Moquin was an absolute delight to work with and is such a wonderful person . Thank you John for helping me get a few items fixed around the house . However the most important thing was the fact that I got more for my house after closing then I even thought would be the asking price . Lance was great to work with. We had some unexpected issues arise that he helped smooth out for us. We were slightly delayed in our closing and Lance reached out to assure us all would be done to accommodate us. We would highly recommend his entire office!
