Tania has been the best advocate for us in the home buying/building process. She is always available to ease our stress and answer our questions. Tania went above and beyond to get us to close on time especially with the building delays due to COVID etc. She even checked in with us multiple times after closing to make sure all of our needs were met with our builder. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home!!

Tania's 11 yrs in the Tampa market helped us to secure our home as we were in a multiple offer situation. She was always available to answer any questions we had and followed up with us continually from pending thru to close with updates regarding the home's inspections and repairs. Tania was a godsend during our search for a home in the Tampa area. We had a laundry list of needs/wants.
