Tania's 11 yrs in the Tampa market helped us to secure our home as we were in a multiple offer situation. She was always available to answer any questions we had and followed up with us continually from pending thru to close with updates regarding the home's inspections and repairs. Tania was a godsend during our search for a home in the Tampa area. We had a laundry list of needs/wants. We reached out to this particular real estate group based on other reviews. They were more than professional and incredibly on top of things. We achieved our new home in a very short period of time working together...I think that says alot about their ability to listen to and hear what a client wants and needs. They were very responsive and available whenever we needed them. The whole experience was a 10+. Not one complaint. I highly recommend this group.

Tania has done an amazing job from start to finish in the home buying process. I would recommend anyone to get get in purchasing a home. She was very helpful in getting the buyer to fix things in the home that were broken and she was helpful in getting the closing date expedited.
