This was our 4th home that we purchased in Tampa over the years. Working with Tania/our buyers agent was the best experience ever. She proved herself as the highest level of professional throughout our buying experience with her. Her knowledge of the area, product, and industry was top notch, while always showing a genuine desire for what was best for my wife and I. As out of state residents from Illinois, my wife and I were very apprehensive about finding a new home in Florida. Thankfully, our real estate agent who helped with our Illinois sale recommended Maria & Tania to be our Florida agents. It turned out to be much smoother and stress-free than we could've hoped for. We were able to close on our dream home very near the price Tania recommended. Even post close, they have continued to be supportive to ensure a comfortable transition.

Tania made a very stressful situation more tolerable. She advocated for us throughout the whole process and was available after the closing as well to help us with information about local services. If we are ever in the market again to buy or sell we will definitely use Tania again.

Tania was very patient while I tried to find the right home to suit my needs by narrowing down an area, price, & features that were necessary for me. She even offered to take a look at homes when I was busy at work & video record them & provide feedback whether she thought it was a good fit for me.
