This was by far the most simple process for selling a property that we've ever experienced! Kudos! I spent quite a bit of time interviewing agents for the sale of our downtown Tampa condo. An amazing team... "Best Realtors! This review is way over due. I have now sold 2 homes through them and bought 1. They are an amazing team. When it comes time for me to buy another property they will be the first realtors that I call. Our first home we sold through them we had multiple offers and a bidding war all within 24 hours of going on the market. Our 2nd home they had under contract before it even when on the market. Not using them would be a great mistake... "The Hoffman's are a great team to work with. They took care of everything. Setting the price with good research of compatibles in the area, created the listing and the marketing. Also coordinated the open house, showings, offers, counter, closing, etc. Their team was always ready to tackle any issue that came across, which were not many.
