Maria is a wonderful, caring professional. I actually feel that towards the end of our business she was more like a friend than a business associate. Despite Hurricane Ian I got for my house in New Tampa 2 contracts in 45 days. Maria Hoffman is like a petulant child who wants what she wants and what she wants so happens to be to sell your house, not bad ;-) ! Be careful, she maybe small but she endures, she doesn't quit and is relentless in her goal - your goal! She's also very good at telling you a few truth about what you need to do to sell your house without being abrasive. Honesty goes a long way. Give Hoffman Group a chance you won't regret it

Rachel Monzello was the BEST Realtor anyone could ask for. Tania was very helpful throughout the entire process. We bought a new construction home and she would visit often to check up on the house. When the builder extended the closing, she asked right away to extend our interest rate lock at no charge. She is quick to respond back to any questions/concerns we had and she made time to come with us through all the walkthroughs. I would 110% work with Tania again for our next home and I highly recommend her!

Working with Rachel was great! As a first-time homebuyer, Rachel worked very closely with me and helped me understand every step of the process. She was honest about every facet of each property and was always available for questions. She couldn't have made the home buying process any easier.

Tania is excellent! She is the best realtor - very thorough! She understands the market and the area. Tania was wonderful in identifying the houses to visit that met our expectations. On closing day, Tania completed the final walk through and saw issues - such as the buyer had left items in the house. Tania addressed the issues immediately and resolved them. I highly recommend Tania!
