Working with Eric was like working with a long term vet in the real estate market. All the knowledge from the back end to the negotiating. He got the seller to come down $10,000. He even helped negotiate a new water heater into my new home. Overall professional, a strong negotiator, and genuinely cares about putting you in a good home at the best price.
Maria and John did an exceptional job assisting us in selling our home in Wesley Chapel, FL.
