We had a great experience. My wife and I were expecting our second child and John & Maria did everything they could to accommodate our tight timeline. We were lucky to close 1 day before our son was born and everything worked out great.

Maria and John were professional, hard-working, and made it a priority to get my house sold. My only regret was that I didn't find them much earlier in the process. After three months of trying to sell my house by owner, and then another seven months with another realtor, I was discouraged. Maria and John sold my house in two months! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a results-oriented realtor.

From the initial meeting to the closing, absolutely outstanding. Extremely professional, sensitive to our needs and wants, and respectful of our time. We had our home listed with another agent first for 6 months and had only 3-4 visits and no offers. John and Maria called requested a meeting and informed us they could sell our home with no problems. With a little hesitancy and trepidation my wife and I decided to switch realtors and give John and Maria an opportunity mostly because of the confidence and knowledge they had of the market. After the first week of listing, we had several appointments to view our home(more than we got in the 6 months with the other agent) . After about 2-3 weeks we had our first offer and we couldn't believe it. The buyers had some trouble selling their home and couldn't obtain financing so we had to put our house back on the market. John and Maria didn't miss a step and with an unwavered faith told us not to worry put the house back on the market and we had another offer in a matter of weeks! They walked us through an easy closing, again cognizant of our time, and we closed quickly. My wife and I will definitely have John and Maria assisting us on the purchase of our next home and maybe even the sell of that one as well. I will wholeheartedly recommend John and Maria Hoffman to anyone I know (and don't know) looking for compassionate, professional, and responsive agents.

Working with John was a wonderful experience. John was extremely knowledgable about the current market and how we could properly market our home. They made recommendations on repairs, preparations and listing the home. We would recommend John to anyone thinking about selling their home.

I needed to purchase a home with a short visit. The first visit did not produce a home which suited my needs. My agent from John & Maria's team (Tania B) continued to work with me long distance. On my second trip I found several homes that could have worked for me. They assisted me in presenting a fair offer and I have since closed on my new home. I would definitely use this team again and also highly recommend them.

It has been thirty years since we have been house hunting and going through the process of buying a new house. We had first class help through our whole process, no question too small, and she was our advocate with each step. We are now happy, new home owners and so appreciative of Tania Borelli of John and Maria Hoffman, Realtors.

Maria had me at "hello"...we had just taken our house off the market for the holidays when she called me on my expired listing and convinced me this was the best time to sell. She was right, we had many showings over the holidays and then her team presented us an acceptable contract. Maria, John and the team kept us fully communicated to during the entire process.
