Five stars for helping an elderly client come to a resolution after two years. Taxrise in general needs better project management, client service/open communication, communication on process and timing needed. Needs to be more responsive with email communication. Spent the first year just reaching out and no movement on case. It was frustrating. After the first year, client service improved with **************************** and ***** providing more care and communication.

**** was so friendly, polite and professional! She should train alot of other customer service representatives. I never get this from other companies, you could hear her smiling through the phone! She is just a pleasure to talk to, she made me smile just from her professionalism and mannerisms!!! Love her! Keep her!!
