I received excellent service from ****. She really made me feel like I was top priority. She answer my question in a timely manner. The thing that I really appreciated is when I asked how much I owed for Taxes instead of giving me the run around such you need to contact your rep, she placed me on hold to get an answer. Please give her a raise we need excellent customer service representative that are like ********* !!!!!
