As good as it can get I was very pleased.
The young man who returned my call was very helpful in getting me to the right people and getting me the answers he could. There is some lack of communication at the higher levels however.
Appreciate the service given to me by taxrise ?I couldn't get in contact with my case manager for 3 days, I called, left messages, and opted for a return call which I never got.
