Gavin and his team have now helped me and my family on 5-6 different loans over the last 8 years. They consistently communicate well through out the process and come in on time. In this last situation they got us to close and fund on time....AGAIN. As a buyer and seller of several properties this is probably one of the most important things I can ask for. I can’t recommend CrossCountry Mortgage enough! Gavin and his team are very attentive, professional and communicative during the entire loan process. Azlee is who we corresponded with and she was phenomenal. She was always very clear and concise about what documents were needed along with being very caring and helpful to make sure we were meeting our deadlines. When we refinance or buy another home we won’t hesitate to use Gavin and his team at CrossCountry Mortgage again!

Gavin and his staff were amazing. Easy to work with, knowledgeable and great technology for dealing with the many documents that need to be managed to buy a home or refinance. They helped us buy our new home in Colorado Springs. Escrow closed on time and he worked well with our realtor and escrow agent. We would definitely use them again in the future.
