Team Gavin was very helpful to me as a first-time homebuyer, keeping me informed at every step of the process and answering any questions I had promptly. We managed to close on an accelerated schedule requested by the seller, at a difficult time of the year for that, and it was a much smoother and more pleasant experience than I'd been expecting from such a major purchase. I never thought buying a home would be so fast and easy. We put the deposit down to pull the house off the market and we were closing a month and a half later (would have been 30 days buy hurricane irma had other plans). It was quick and easy I just scanned and sent everything they needed and they were in constant contact with me which made things much easier. City wide had a very strict process to make sure nothing was missed which made everything move faster as long as i turned in my stuff they were able to have me approve... read more
