Biggest THANK YOU to Team Gavin, especially to Rachel and Michael for all their help to make my refinance process so efficiently and smoothly. My husband and I worked with Margarita Offerman on our home loan. She is EXCELLENT. It really could not have been a smoother process. Margarita communicated with us often, but also efficiently, so I didn't feel like I was constantly fielding a ton of emails. If she needed something, or multiple somethings, she sent all of the information at one time and in one email. If we had questions, she took the time to answer them in detail. Gavin's team worked extremely fast to help us close on our new home, given only a few weeks notice. They were very responsive, and also helped manage issues with the sellers and their unresponsive agent. We will definitely use them again for future refinance/purchase.

Easy to work with great communication. very smooth transaction. All I had to do was get them the documents and pick out a home.. the worked with the AZ title company and we closed easily and timely.
