Gavin's team worked extremely fast to help us close on our new home, given only a few weeks notice. They were very responsive, and also helped manage issues with the sellers and their unresponsive agent. We will definitely use them again for future refinance/purchase.
Easy to work with great communication. very smooth transaction. All I had to do was get them the documents and pick out a home.. the worked with the AZ title company and we closed easily and timely.
Prior to CrossCountry I went to three other lenders. I was only approved for up to 215K which in the Vegas market is not much and/or given crazy, almost predatory rates.
