This is the second time I use Gavin for my real estate financing needs. My deal was super tough to structure because We had to refi another property in order to qualify for this new loan but they came through again! We are first time home buyers and were referred to Team Gavin by our real estate agent. The complete loan process went smooth from getting pre-qualified all the way to closing. The team was always available for us explaining our options and getting things moving. We had a short notice for closing and they did very well to pull it through.

Team Gavin was amazing! This was my first time purchasing home, and as a result I was new to most of the loan-applying process. I literally had hundreds of questions every step of the way, and each time I was given a thorough explanation. Despite working from a different time zone, I was always able to reach Team Gavin by phone and by email. I am finally a home owner, and I could not have done this without Citywide! We just did our refi with Team Gavin, and it was a great experience as usual with them. We had used them originally when we first bought our house. They are always able to answer our questions and always got back to us right away if they didn't have the answer at the time we asked. Yes, at times I felt like I was needing to hand over my firstborn with what was expected on our paperwork but to get the home you want "Team Gavin" sure knew exactly how and what to do to make that happen! And they made sure you got it done and right. They stayed on top every i dotted, every t crossed, evey form signed. It was assured from the beginning I was going to get what I wanted and I did. Working with Team Gavin was a great experience. This was our first time buying a house and they made sure we understood the process and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We never had to worry about meeting deadlines because Team Gavin was on top of all the due dates and kept us updated. Overall, Team Gavin was great!
