We just did our refi with Team Gavin, and it was a great experience as usual with them. We had used them originally when we first bought our house. They are always able to answer our questions and always got back to us right away if they didn't have the answer at the time we asked. I went into the home buying process not knowing anything about home buying or how a home loan works. The help that I received from Scott and his team at citywide has helped me through the whole process. Yes, at times I felt like I was needing to hand over my firstborn with what was expected on our paperwork but to get the home you want "Team Gavin" sure knew exactly how and what to do to make that happen! And they made sure you got it done and right. They stayed on top every i dotted, every t crossed, evey form signed. It was assured from the beginning I was going to get what I wanted and I did. Working with Team Gavin was a great experience. This was our first time buying a house and they made sure we understood the process and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We never had to worry about meeting deadlines because Team Gavin was on top of all the due dates and kept us updated. Overall, Team Gavin was great!

I was extremely happy with Team Gavin, They were absolutely amazing. So I was referred to the Gavin Team by an aunt of mine, and boy am I grateful to her. After lots of stress and searching for the right bank/lender, I had nearly given up. They made my experience so great and put my worries to rest. Team Gavin was recommended to me from my real estate agent, and I could not be happier with the decision to use them for my mortgage. I am a first time home buyer, and I am not fully knowledgeable about the lending and mortgage process, but Team Gavin was with me every step of the way. Team Gavin was amazing! This was my first time buying a home. They sat me down and let me know what to expect and what was needed from me. I felt the team was always working for my best interest (which is not always the case in this day and age.) The line of communication was always open and clear. All question or worry's I had were addressed quickly. I was able to close sooner than I thought and closing cost where lower than expected. I would definitely recommend Team Gavin to anyone. They have earned a customer for life.
