We just did our refi with Team Gavin, and it was a great experience as usual with them. We had used them originally when we first bought our house. They are always able to answer our questions and always got back to us right away if they didn't have the answer at the time we asked. Team Gavin was amazing! This was my first time buying a home. They sat me down and let me know what to expect and what was needed from me. I felt the team was always working for my best interest (which is not always the case in this day and age.) The line of communication was always open and clear. All question or worry's I had were addressed quickly. I was able to close sooner than I thought and closing cost where lower than expected. I would definitely recommend Team Gavin to anyone.
