Team Gavin was fast to answer any of my questions or clarify anything I didn't fully understand. They also understood the roller coaster of emotions you go through when purchasing your first house. There was a lull between pre-qualification and closing (new build), but once we got close to closing every question I had was answered and the process was explained, even when I had questions the day before closing. Team Gavin worked with me the entire way on helping me with my new home loan. They started by walking me through the process and and answered all the question that I had. As this was the first time obtain a loan for a new build, I had many questions. Team Gavin was the best as they were very professional and always kept me up to date with each step in the process from beginning to end. I used Citywide Home Loans to help me purchase my second home, and I couldn't be happier. Team Gavin helped expedite the process for me so I could have a quick close. I am very pleased with the work Team Gavin provided me. I started the house hunt journey July 2016 and just closed on my house Feb 2017!!!! Team Gavin was with me every step of the way. I never detected an ounce of frustration or impatience from my lender and I there were times she could have easily been. They were very informative and forthcoming with information. We could not be happier with the service we received from Team Gavin! We closed on our home purchase yesterday and I can honestly say the process was easy. They made everything go so smoothly. They kept on top of our loan and made sure we had all of the correct and necessary documentation. They were quick to respond to any emails and phone calls. We were very happy with working with Team Gavin of Citywide throughout the entire purchase process. They were able describe the process at the very beginning so we knew what to expect, lock us in a great rate, and even able to have us move up closing which is near impossible in the Denver area right now.
