We were very happy with working with Team Gavin of Citywide throughout the entire purchase process. They were able describe the process at the very beginning so we knew what to expect, lock us in a great rate, and even able to have us move up closing which is near impossible in the Denver area right now. We were first time home-buyers and they made the process quite enjoyable from start to finish.

Team Gavin was great to work with! They were organized and experienced and made the process as smooth as possible. They responded quickly to all of my emails and calls and had weekly updates throughout the mortgage loan process. They never left me in the dark and kept me updated and at ease. The process went very smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone!

Team Gavin was excellent and kept is informed throughout the entire process. They made it easy and comfortable to complete this loan process. They worked with us the entire four months for our purchase with nothing but a great attitude about everything. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

Team Gavin gave me precise information regarding my loan and how to do a cash out refinance and the benefits that would help me out in the long run. They were quick at completing and compiling information and providing that to me. If I had questions Team Gavin did not hesitate to answer all of them. Great Job!

The team was friendly and did everything possible to get me the best possible deal on my loan. Team Gavin did a great job helping us through the process. They helped us get out. Ack end down so we could qualify for a home loan. Student loans were a problem but we were able to get our debt down to qualify. Scott was very helpful with his advice to lower our ratios. We really appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping us qualify. Melissa was always pleasant and helpful to work with.

Team Gavin was there for me through every step of the process. If I had questions about anything, day or night, they were available to answer them and walk me through the form or situation. They made me feel like my loan was a priority. If I ever buy another home or conduct a refinance, this is the only lender I would use. Thank you Team Gavin for everything!!
