Working with Team Gavin has been a great experience. They are professional and prompt. We never had to wait for a returned phone call or email and they take the term "team" to a whole new level as you have a crew of hard-working people behind you. Overall, our process was smooth and we were informed of every step along the way. One of our main contacts actually drove to our closing, to say congrats, just to make it more personal. The members on Team Gavin were extremely professional and in constant communication with us. This is what made the process great! I had a great experience with team Gavin. When I was trying to gather information from another lender, they were too busy to take the time to answer my questions. Team Gavin were great, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and timely. They also gave me a very competitive rate compared to other lenders. The staff at Citywide made my wife and I feel wright at home. We would not hesitate to use them again. Loan officer kept us informed of everything that going jon with our loan. His crew was a joy to talk too. It was a painless process from start to finish.

This team was awesome and excellent to work with. They have great customer service and very friendly team. They explain through the whole prosses and answer any question we had. She would answer her phone as soon as possible or call us back when she had time. She explained what we need to do.

Team Gavin at citywide was absolutely wonderful. My original lender dropped the ball on my home loan and citywide picked up that ball and ran with it. The whole team has been involved making sure the stress of buying a home is a smooth as possible. Thanks to Citywide. Especially Team Gavin, we finally have our forever home. Though the process was painful, our loan officers were there every step of the way to guide us. Team Gavin was always quick in responding to our questions or concerns. They guided us through th approval process with very clear directions. Team Gavin was always friendly and positive. I have to say also that the gift they gave us at closing was awesome! If I had one negative...There is a lot of paperwork...
