Thanks to Citywide. Especially Team Gavin, we finally have our forever home. Though the process was painful, our loan officers were there every step of the way to guide us. Great to work with. They went above and beyond to help me get my loan and make sure that I was prequalified. It helped in the process of gathering information for the actual loan processing as well since we covered many of the fine details beforehand. They were very informative and helpful in explaining the process being that I was a first time buyer. Overall I was very pleased with my experience!

What a great experience! The team was professional and very helpful. They even managed to get our loan done a few weeks early! I've heard horror stories of people having problems with mortgage companies, but this mortgage was the easiest part of the whole home buying process!!
