I thought, because of my MASSIVE student loan debt ($361,000), that I would be stuck in my literally rotting old house for a loooong time. We got referred to Cross Country Mortgage because we were having customer service issues with a larger mortgage company. My first conversation with Sam of CCM came at 8:30pm on a Friday, and he was consistent and professional in his correspondence throughout the process.
