Prior to CrossCountry I went to three other lenders. I was only approved for up to 215K which in the Vegas market is not much and/or given crazy, almost predatory rates. I worked with Brandon and Tucker for two different houses, actually. We backed out of our first purchase after learning about a large amount of repairs needed to the sewer. The second house was another interesting situation, because the seller wanted to close in 3 weeks! I worked with TJ and the rest of Gavin’s team at his previous company when I bought my house and had an incredible experience.
