We're about to close on our forever home! The process with the loan (and most everything else) has been so easy! Everyone on the team has been quick to respond, helpful when needed, and the process has been quite seamless. They are even sending a notary to my disabled father's home for him to cosign. If we ever buy another home it will be with Gavin's team for sure!
