Should be TFC's Diners, Dives, and Drive-Ins... Perfect homemade food from breakfast to dinner. It's a small place in a nice Washington DC neighborhood, so the lines can be long. The service is fast so you can usually get in within an hour --and it is worth the wait. We were on a 5-day vacation and came here twice. Breakfast all day long. Fun, inexpensive, and tons of food. A must visit in DC. The President apparently agrees since he has been there too. We are seriously going to write to The Food Channel and recommend them t... read more

I had a work lunch here with some co-workers and it was a good location for that. I had the tomato soup and it was excellent. I would like to try their home made poptarts so I would go back for that. They seem to have a nice breakfast/brunch selection.

The food was great. The homemade pop tarts are a must have. I would go there just for those. Good for breakfast and great for dessert. The adult milkshakes are also treat.

Brunch at Ted's Bulletin was good, not outstanding, but solid. We made an 8:30 reservation, the latest reservation they take, for 4 people and had to wait about 10 minutes while they finished cleaning our table. We of course had the homemade pop-tarts, which were very buttery but other than that lacked flavor. I had the corned beef hash, which was a bit of a let down. There were huge chunks of corned beef but they were dry and the potatoes were greasey. Other diners had the biscuits and gravy, and eggs and bacon- which were ... read more

We went to Ted's for dinner on a balmy Sunday evening. The service was attentive and friendly, we sat outside so it took a little longer to get served. The food was good diner style fare: large portions and tasty. The milkshakes are a real treat.

Wow! We came here 4 times during the week we were in Washington. Everything we had was perfectly prepared and incredibly tasty....the chili, the sloppy joes, the eggs, the taco salad, the breakfast burrito (walk of shame), and, of course....the warm chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream and the chocolate shakes. I would give anything to have a place like this in Los Angeles!
