My wife and I had fantastic breakfast Saturday morning. The food and coffee were good and the vibe was a lot of fun.
Great casual breakfast place. Lots of good food for the price.
This was my first time here...Ted's Bulletin is truly a gem. Our food was delicious, I had Country Fried Steak with Mac & Cheese and Braised Green Beans with Bacon (amazing) and my colleague had the Sloppy Joe. We were too full for dessert but understand the homemade Pop Tarts are "to die for". Also saw an interesting selection of "Adult" milkshakes to include a Baileys Irish Cream Carmel Macchiato shake...too bad we had to head back to work. I would definitely recommend stopping in. Recommend recommendations, even for lunch.
Visited on a weekday morning so there wasn't a crowd but the server was very attentive and the food was really good! Loved the homemade poptart! I definitely stepped outside the box and tried the "peanut butter and bacon". I loved the salt and sweet! Will go back soon!
Food was great, even though a little expensive pop tarts are a must have. My only suggestion would be to figure out how to get hot coffee to the table.
I took my brother here for brunch last week mostly due to the ambiance provided by the interior design. But the food here is also great, treading a careful line between greasy spoon and posh. I need not speak of the home-made Pop Tarts, as anyone walking by the storefront on 8th St. can see their live making through the front window. What a great place to go!
Great value for the $. Yummy burgers and fries. Ruben first rate. Apple pie above average. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Last Friday, I dined at Ted's Bulletin at the recommendation of my sister (she knows how I like to try out new places, and she had read about this restaurant in an online article). The chocolate/peanut butter/banana milkshake rivaled the "George Washington Carver" (same flavours) of Tryst; it might actually be the winner! I returned to Ted's Bulletin Sunday of that same weekend with some friends because I had liked restaurant (staff, ambiance, etc.) so much. The wait was a long 1 1/2 hours, but we managed to entertain oursel... read more
This place is always a fun place to take friends. Great comfort food. I have always enjoyed the sloppy joe sandwich. I ordered the house salad and it was delicious with green goddess dressing. I also dipped my perfectly crunchy onion rings in the dressing which was yummy. I had a berry adult milkshake and I enjoyed that very much. Our server Lauren was very nice.
