Waited 15 minutes never got waited on left and went to Firebirds
I arrived 12 minutes early for my reservations. I checked in with the hostess and she forgot about me. I checked back in at my reservation time and she said she could seat me. Then I spent 30 minutes waiting for a server to arrive. Didn’t receive water and no one even greeted us. I saw multiple other tables complain and trying to get service as well. I guess Ted’s is very understaffed? Very disappointed. I definitely won’t be going back!
Overall this felt like the whole establishment gave up on quality. Perhaps because it was not busy (but this was a Friday night). From calling in the afternoon to change the reservation (never happened) to the quality of the food (all poor, dried out items) the whole meal was less the quality I expect from Ted's. The food came out at different times for our table and a drink order forgotten.
Awful service. Food was cold. Order was wrong. I won’t go back but I realize it could have just been a bad day.
We had to ask for utensils and drinks otherwise we would not have received them. Our meals came at different times. The food was ok but the egg we ordered was disgusting. The outside seating was very nice.
I really wanted to like the food but it was obvious that the fryer oil was old and burned. Fried cauliflower, chicken parm, crispy chicken on salad, fried chicken all were over fried and tasted like dirty oil. Server was also very strange to the point he seemed stoned.
Many menu items were unavailable. The server should have notified us when she first greeted us. The food that was available was marginal in quality at best. Drink portions were skimpy and pricey. We used to thoroughly enjoy Ted’s, but after this experience will most likely not return.
Not good, bad service, bad food. This is the 5th time we have been and it just keeps getting worse.
Decided to give it a second chance but won't go back.
