We went to Ted's Bulletin for the first time for dinner and sat and waited for a server for over 15 mins so we got up and left. And, they were not busy at all!
Our waiter barely came to our table. It was 15 or so minutes after our food arrived before he came to check on us. For whatever reason, our table was a low priority.
Upscale diner is a bit of a stretch. More like Greasy spoon with slightly improved decorations. This location had Filthy bathrooms, oil slick dining room floor, out of date menu, and only ok food. Probably should have ordered the breakfast as that looked appealing, but we certainly did not pick the right entrees. Disappointing experience that we will not repeat.

Our server had no personality nor paid any attention to our table.
Our service was unequivocally terrible! Our arrogant serve wrote nothing down for party of 8, which was included 3 children. He forgot one adults entree. He never brought the children’s menus (child 1 - 6 years old, child 2 - 4 years old and child 3 - 2 years old). I got up and got them and crayons from the hostess stand. After asking 3 times and waiting for over 30 minutes. He forgot to bring the booster seat for the 2 year old. We had to ask 2-3 times. A rough night all around. My wife ordered a glass of wine, almost 10 minutes later the server came back to let her know they were out of it. Pretzel appetizer was fine but nothing special. Ordered two salads, server suggested dressing on the side and yet both came with dressing on them. Salmon salad was so salty it was inedible. They brought another one out which was better but still just ok. No one thought to offer us a combo dessert or entree for the bad experience. Food was terrible. The drinks were as good as the ones served at that frat party I went to in 1993. There is nothing I can recommend about this place.

Our main server was very pleasant and had very nice manners. But all of the servers were and MANAGERS were not attentive. We had to ask for everything from beginning to end, even dessert menu and carry out containers. We ordered dessert for the table and two carrot cakes to go. The to go slices of cake were half the size = SMALL while the one served at the table was normal size. For what we spent for five people, $260.00 it felt way overpriced!
