There was hair in our nachos and the server acted like he was doing us a favor by taking it off the check. Ummm yeah, obviously?! We didn’t even touch it nor did we want another order of it. No other remorse at all... Also, we all ordered entrees and then I asked for an additional kids menu Grilled Cheese to accompany my salad and was told I was not allowed to order from the kids menu. Meh. Food and decor nothing special. We were very disappointed that the cinnamon roll that was on the website was not in the menu. I wouldn’t eat here again. Better options at Crown.

Hello, we are only able to bake so many fresh cinnamon rolls every Saturday and Sunday. They do tend to sell out quickly during brunch.
Our group met for an early dinner at 3pm, and our server while friendly seemed distracted and unconcerned about everything. The entire experience felt off and uneasy. The staff where cutting up and being rambunctious which spilled out into the dinning area. At one point a staff member was popped with a dish towel and the “F” word was heard by everyone at our table as he ran out of the kitchen into the dinning area. The problem with my experience wasn't Ted's Bulletin, it was with open table. I made a reservation but when I arrived was told that the reservation could not be honored because they weren't accepting reservations on this date. Why would open table claim to make a reservation for you if it wouldn't be honored?? Instead we waited for over an hour for a table.
No table service ( no water )for 15 mins . Made staff aware we were waiting to be served for an additional 10 mins At this point we just left after 25 mins total. Parties who came in afterwards were served before we left.
French Onion Soup was awful, pretzel and cheese dip was very small portion for cost. Hot Chicken sandwich had flavor but was over cooked and dry.

Our dinner food was 45 minutes late so all my scores above are 2 stars or less. The server was very apologetic multiple times and offered a free dessert but it was not a good experience seeing the tables near you receive their food before you and especially since those tables were seated after me. Also, we were seated by the kitchen line and it was very noisy and busy although we made reservations days before our visit.
Even though we had a reservation and no wait, took almost 20 minutes to get a server. The server didn't bring straws, didn't ask if we wanted water, forgot to bring out the fruit for my son as requested because we'd be waiting for food, and didn't remember to put in the shake after our food came out. No soda refills. Food was hot, but uninteresting (average). Overall, not worth the $50 it cost for the two of us to eat a weeknight dinner.
Our waiter was not friendly. Did not smile and was reluctant to get us what we needed. The waiter did not thank us after our meal and ruined our breakfast experience.
