I had a great experience with the Texas Pride sales team but for me Micah wash the real winner when he arrived for delivery. He was really busy but still managed to get to my place early so we could do our walk through and paperwork so it didn't interrupt my business. Such a great guy walking through everything and making the transition easy.
I spoke with Gus who was really nice. He speaks Spanish with I appreciate it. He helped me build and finance my dump trailer. Everything arrived as expected and on time. Texas Pride is great.
I met Rich over chat on the Texas Pride website. super nice guy and very responsive. He had quick answers for all of my questions and went to bat for me to get the best price. We got great financing and had everything start to finished wrapped up in a two business days including the financing.
I have purchased many trailers over the years a few here and there. I am disappointed I didn't look into Texas Pride earlier. They have a great business model that is a real win-win for everyone. Texas Pride manufacturers their own trailers and the price and quality you get truly can't be beat. When I call them and order a new dump trailer I get it delivered in just a few weeks they make the entire process easy.
I bought my dump trailer this past April and when working with the sales team they went out of their way to make sure I didn't buy the wrong trailer which I really appreciate when looking back. They had a number of financing Partners available allowing me to pull it together with a low payment I really appreciate how the sales team helped me get it done.
