We went to Thai Square in St Albans for our wedding anniversary . The waiting staff were polite, welcoming and very attentive (e.g. pouring our wine before our glass was too empty). We loved the food. We had one of the set menus and it was delicious. There was also plenty of it. I wouldn't say it was a particularly romantic setting (we had a big party of people at the table next to us). We chose to sit downstairs but were also given the choice of sitting upstairs. Will definitely go back.
Thai square was very good. Good atmosphere and plenty of space. Very tasty food.

we had for mains the prawns in red peppercorns, jungle curry and rack of lamb with jasmine and steam rice. it was delicious and tasty meal and highly recommend the prawns. the service was quick and good too. thai square st st albans
YOu can never go wrong with Thai square food & service are exceptional, but I think the cocktails are the best kept secret in St Albans- superb selection and reasonable prices.

Love Thai Square. Been there twice, service is always very friendly and the food very good quality.
We had an enjoyable meal in Thai Sq, in St.Albans on Saturday night. They were very accommodating and we're happy for us to bring a baby with push chair into the restaurant. Starters and mains were good although the puddings were a little uninspiring. Definitely the best thai restaurant in town.
i recently went back to thai square after having a great experience lasy time... this time however the experience was not as good. Although the chicken and scallop meals we ordered were tasty and freshly cooked, the service was slow and lacked attention...
