delicious food - service was a bit slow, although in fairness, they were very busy. Wouldn't put us off too much as the food is worth the wait!!
Thai Square St Albans - an enjoyable evening but not as good as the last time we dined here, got more of the impression of being in a chain this time.
Thai Square - St Albans. Huge multi-level restaurant in the centre of St Albans, with a nice busy buzz on a Saturday night. Obviously popular, this place had polite staff and efficient service. The food was tasty although not the best I've had. Vegetarians can eat well here with a good selection and some very tasty tofu satay. I would guess that if you went on a quieter evening it would feel too spacious, or on a date rather impersonal. But I would go again, and would recommend to others.
The Thai Square, St Albans, is great! Went there on Bank Holiday Monday for dinner with my mother-in-law. The food was delicious, the service excellent and there was a great vibe in the place. We will return!
The food as always was great, we started of with thia fishcakes, scollops and soup - the food was beautifully presented, and tasted goregeous. Mains was black cod, steamed sea bass and a platter of mixed sauteed seafood, again absolutely beautiful. For dessert we had something with bananna which was again lovely, and chocolate cake with pear sorbert. As always immpecable service, gorgeous food and great atmosphere. Can't wait to go again.

Nice venue and attentive service. The food is nicely presented, but taking into consideration that it's not London, rather pricey. Still a nice evening and definitely a place to celebrate a special occasion.
Thai Square in St Albans is pricey but worth it
Four of us went to Thai Square in St Albans on Saturday night. Nice food, nice atmosphere, and good service. Thai Square does everything to a decent standard, without being spectacular in any particular department. Slightly over-priced but not massively so.
