Very disappointing experience. Took 3 hours to get through our meal. It went wrong when the starter arrived an hour in it was cold as if it had been sitting out for a long while. We did get this changed but I had to go to the concierge as there was no one to call back to the table. We then waited another 1.5 hours to get our main, they brought warm plates about 45 minutes before the food turned up so plates were cold by the time the food arrived, Food was ok, had much better in other branches of this chain and in other Thai ... read more
Food was below expectation the lamb shank was very dry which is normally a moist cut.
Heating wasn't working and only one person serving all of restaurant so very slow service
This was an anniversary dinner. Bland food and when we complained and ordered something else, they forgot to bring it by which time my wife finished her meal. No acknowledgment of celebration and although offered a 25% Discount the experience ruined the evening and we left hungry. Never again.
Rude staff. Found food in our hair. Unapologetic

The whole experience was awful. The food was awful, not cooked properly. The service very poor. They only had two people waiting a full downstairs restaurant. I came away feeling so disappointed having wasted so much money on such awful food. So many great restaurants in St Albans. I will never return. FYI, I never write bad reviews but this experience was awful. Worst Thai meal I have ever had. I used to visit the restaurant regularly but will never return now. The restaurant also didn’t look very clean.
Starters had to be sent back 4 times due to being cold. Took 20 mins to order our first drink. Service was applying. No apologies etc for the terrible experience, just a fall bill. I will never return again.
I rang the restaurant the day before my booking and asked whether they provide heaters and they reassured me that they did. The next day I got to the restaurant and it was cold! I then asked the waitress wether they will be switching the heater on and her response was as it was raining they won’t be providing any heating as it’s electrical heaters. As far as I’m aware it was a light drizzle. So we were eating outside with no heaters and not to mention there wasn’t any light outside other than the street lamp. Thank goodness ... read more
