Food was lovely however service was unfortunately really poor. Table booked for 8pm and we weren't seated until 8.45. Our first course didn't arrive until 10pm! Such a shame as the service really spoilt the evening, which would have otherwise been great as the food was lovely. Our bill was discounted with drinks taken off but didn't feel this was enough given the amount of time we waited.

We were looking forward to dinner here. Reception was haphazard, tables too close, ambiance non existent. Service only just ok. Starters were cold and clearly prepared in advance so dried up. Mains similarly were tepid and uninspired. Such a shame as it was expensive.

Don't Expect, to get on a Saturday Night : 1) clean menu (unless you like other peoples food smeared all over it and pages stuck together) 2) To be served in order you arrived or placed order (Was told they operate a strict policy , first come first served basis , unless you make a fuss, where they will do it straight away and everyone else slips down the list) 3) Quick Service Do Expect 1) A 10% service charge. 2) Waiters with attitude. Bland food, every dish very sweet. "Champagne cocktails" were also vey sweet & syrupy. They added 10% "optional" service charge to the bill and there were only two of us dining. Poor and not cheap.

We had to wait almost 1 hour for our table. The place was obviously overbooked.

We had booked but stood in a lobby area being ignored, we eventually made ourselves noticed and told to follow. We were put next to a dirty table that was never cleaned throughout our meal. We ordered various dishes that were all served tepid. We ordered a chicken curry but recieved Lamb!!! There were clearly not enough staff our waitress was sweet enough but had far too much to do. We had to wait 25 minutes for our drinks. The service was slow and the food was of a poor quality. We will never return!

The service wasn't great with the food overpriced and lacking authenticity. A pleasant enough evening but won't be returning

The food was very tasty but the service was inattentive & slow. And they were not even busy! But they managed to put their service charge onto the bill.
