Thai Square was superb, definitely recommed this restaurant.
Tried Thai Square for the first time and really enjoyed it the menu has plenty of variety and makes it difficult to choose as the range is so good. The staff were attentive and overall the whole night was a really pleasent dining experience. Would reccommend people trying it and don't be afraid that it's a chain it doesn't feel like one.
Thai Square is in interesting venue with a lively atmosphere. Good selection of dishes and very tasty green thai curry.

Thai Square is set in a beautiful mock Tudor building, and the service was decent. They offered a few vegan and gluten-free options, though most were based around tofu, which I try to avoid. Unfortunately, my experience was spoiled when I found a (body) hair in my green curry. The server was apologetic and removed the dish from the bill, but it put us off the rest of our meal. For a birthday dinner, this was very disappointing. I think they could have handled things much better.
Slow service, food nice enough but quite expensive for what it is.
They didn’t have our open table reservation. They said that they don’t always “come through”. Fortunately, they had a table. Starters were fine but both main courses were poor. Overcooked meat - very tough. We received an apology but nothing more!
We booked a table for 2pm on Friday and was told on arrival that the booking did not exist (even though we have the open table confirmation) and that the kitchen closes at 2.30pm.
We were put upstairs. Zero atmosphere. Felt like sitting in a school dining hall. Cold, dark and dreary!
