Purchased a custom engagement setting for a 3.01ct dianond at the Scottsdale AZ store from Craig Moss who did an excellent job theought the entire purchase. The setting came out beautifully and exactly as expected. Any questions that I had were very quickly answered and frequent updates were provided as the setting neared its completion. Every time my wife and I visit we have such a great experience. Francis is so amazing. She always takes care of us and is such a lovely person. Their watch selection is fantastic. Definitely the best in Arizona. A watch geeks paradise. My wife loves their jewelry too, she upgraded her engagement ring, it goes so well with her new Grand Seiko Quartz snowflake she gets tons of compliments. I’m a customer for life.
