Having been a long time customer of Hyde Park, attrition amongst the sales team as new opportunities may present themselves is just a part of the industry in general. So while working with a good SA is always a plus, it's equally important to me to know the store in general places an emphasis on maintaining relationships with long time customers. I have bought several times pieces at Hydepark and I have worked with Freddy. He has been very helpful and knowledgeable with my purchases. I recommend to anyone to work with him. He is usually very attentive but not intrusive through the purchase. He is pretty good at keeping me informed when niece pieces come to the store. He is a great asset for any enthusiast or any person who wants to get in the hobby. 5 stars in my book.

Hyde Park had a wonderful selection of jewelry and watch brands. I enjoy visiting whether I’m looking to buy or browse. They have a no pressure sales staff that will make sure you find what you are looking for. I’ve worked with Freddy for over a year now and he always seems to keep me in mind when new arrivals are available. I highly recommend a visit.

After visiting a couple of very well-known jewelry stores, my wife and I walked into Hyde Park looking for a pair of diamond earrings as a graduation gift, and we are so glad we did. First when I walked in, I was treated by Derek who asked me what brought me in. After I told him what I was looking for, he guided me to the proper area and then asked me if I’d like water while I shop! Derek helped me make a great decision on a pair of earrings. My wife and I stopped by Hyde Park Jewelers just to browse. We were immediately welcomed by the representative, Freddy, and invited to look around.
