I’ve worked with Terri Hammer for several years now, and she and the Hyde Park team have always been excellent to deal with. Whether service related, or a new watch purchase all of my transactions have been very smooth and enjoyable. I most appreciate them keeping me in mind for options I wouldn’t necessarily consider on my own, and being very knowledgeable at what they do. Cheers to many more successful deals. I brought my Rolex watch for service in December and couldn’t have asked for more attentive+professional help from concierge Cienna Newton. Because the repairs had to be sent to Rolex’s New York service centre taking several months, she took it upon herself to follow up promptly which resulted in my watch being repaired/returned in 2 months. I would highly recommend Hyde Park Jewelers for Rolex sales and service.

I came to fashion square to do some Christmas shopping and decided to check out the Rolex store while I was in the area. Everyone was so kind when I came in and was beyond helpful. I have never had such wonderful customer service experience. All my questions were answered with so much patience. I also had some repair questions about my watch and was guided to the vip room where a young lady was very nice and helpful.

I’ve had a few bad experiences with snobbish Authorized Dealers in the valley; however, that was not the case with Hyde Park Jewelers! Matt was very personable, and most importantly, he was knowledgeable about the timepiece I was interested in purchasing. I have been going to Hyde Park Jewelers ever since and tend to celebrate major milestones with Hyde Park Jewelers. I highly recommend Hyde Park Jewelers!

I’ve had 2 horrible experiences with Hyde Park jewelers. So bad that I cancelled one of my purchases and moved all my yearly watch purchasing to a competitor out of state. Keep in mind, I was already a customer of Hyde and purchased a watch 1 year prior to my bad experiences.
