This place is horrible! We went in weeks ago and were helped by someone that doesn’t normally help people on the floor. He was going to relay the information to someone that would be able to further assist us. It’s now months later and we are being asked for a second time to go in to the store to get sized for a wedding band. Original visit they took measurements, then we were asked to swing by to get the measurements again. Yes inconvenience but at the same time we understood it could have been an error. Racist as Hell. eould recommended any other Rolex store in Valley besides this one if you’re not WHITE! But Scottsdale as a whole is still filled with these trained Klan members from store to store. Time has changed a bit maybe not as much in Scottsdale Arizona but WHITE ppl aren’t the only ones with money. But I forgot Klan members don’t care about money on white privilege!
