Assistant was very unpleasant when answering questions over the phone. Upon arrival this location is filthy, clearly hasn't been cleaned in some time. spoke to the "manager" was told to call back to speak to another manager... unhelpful in all categories.

I have brought my cat and dog to this vet clinic. They have no regard for anyone except themselves. You must be punctual for an scheduled appt but that means nothing to them. Over scheduled vets and understaffed techs make it horrible to get in without a week in advance. You have to wait usually 45 minutes before you see someone and can understand that occasionally but it is all the time. You better not be late for you appt as they will cancel it. We do our best to accommodate all clients in a timely manner, however, our records indicate that your pet was due for a rabies vaccine, which requires an appointment with one of our doctors. The appointment which you already had scheduled was based on time with a technician, and we did not have availability for the exam with a doctor that day. This hospital has a good vet but they are difficult when trying to book an appointment and not accommodating when you have a pet that needs to be see sooner rather than later. I really cant in good conscience recommend this hospital.
