The staff here was awesome for a first time visit and the office itself was very clean and neat. I found a stray kitten and they got me in within 24 hrs of calling to schedule an appointment, got us in and out quick even with a hurricane on the way! Everyone was extremely nice, made Cleo feel safe and happy and made me feel good about finding a permanent vet, after recently moving down here.
Can't say enough about this place! Amazing techs and vets and awesome location. They took on our very scared and anxious husky mix and got the exam/ tests completed all while saying our dog was sweet and welcomed back! Definitely recommend to anyone!
Everyone here is simply awesome! From the moment you open the door you can feel the professionalism and kindness. From the receptionlist, the vet techs and the doctor, I can't say enough good about them. Thank all of you for your love of my pet and for helping me be a better pet parent.
The clinic is absolutely wonderful and hold a dear place in my heart. They took the greatest of care for my aging Japanese chin overseeing his congestive heart failure until the end. I wasn't able to do in home euthanasia at the end but had to go in the clinic where they had a very special room with soft music playing and let us stay for hours after he passed so my sister could say goodbye after work. The team here are awesome. They really care and love every animal they see. They helped us tremendously with our rescue, who sadly passed, but they are the most caring individuals there. Took the time to explain the situation, and tried everything possible. I recommend them 100 percent.

Very good appointment. Staff was very nice. Took very good care of my dog. Only complaint is I want to be inside with my dog.

We recently moved back to the North Charleston area and had to find a new vet for our puppers. We chose the Animal Hospital of North Charleston more for convenience of location, but turned out to be a great decision. The tech who came to the car (just a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time) to take my Labs (aged 2 and 4) was very personable and treated them with care. I was very pleased with the help and treatment I received from not only the Dr. but the tech. She took the time to show me how to administer the ear wash and medication. They truly do care and you can see it in their manner of talking and the treatments that they do. I just can't wait until we are able to go into the office with our pets. We are new to the area and I am so glad we chose to bring our chihuahua here for care! The caring attitude of everyone helped calm my nerves and assured me that we found the best place to provide care for her!
