My boyfriend and I recently got a new miniature dachshund puppy and decided to go to The Animal Hospital of North Charleston for his first puppy appointment. Scheduling his appointment was very easy, they were upfront with the cost, and the staff is very friendly. We took our dog in with an emergency. No questions asked, just hurried up to take care of her. Dr. Cain and Mandy, along with the other staff, were great! We are so grateful for their genuine concern for our baby and great care they gave her. We will be back with both dogs for their annual check up. highly recommend them!
We have had an ongoing relationship both professionally and personally ( they are my dog's vet )for several years now and I have found them to be both proficient, professional, and personable with every encounter. I took my little old pup to get his eye checked out and received great service from the staff here. Super friendly, easy to schedule an appt and they didn't overcharge or try to add on random tests or anything of the kind. I will definitely be going back if needed.
We have two elderly dogs and I have been very impressed with the professional staff at the Animal Hospital of North Charleston. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. The clinic is open seven days a week which is also very reassuring in case there is an emergency
The entire staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and loving towards my dog. Staff is easy to talk to and gives great information regarding dog. I highly recommend.
From the vet to the technicians, every single individual me and my sweet boy Deuce came into contact with at The Animal Hospital, was amazing. They truly made me feel like they loved my boy as much as I did. Dr Cain truly went above and beyond to try to figure out what the problem was. We had lots of tests and xrays but they always were forthcoming with the costs and their recommendations. I went one time the vet was late , no big deal it happens. Then they ordered refills on the medication prescribed I called telling them I'd be by to pick it up. I had to wait because one day they were closed due to a holiday. I went to pick it up they said it was put back and now they are out of stock. The front desk staff was not friendly every time I went in from day of scheduling appointment, first appointment and picking up medication. The absolute worst veterinarian office I've ever experienced. Bogus charges fictitious illnesses, subpar pet care, Outrageous charges.
