We have had such a great experience with this caring place! Our pups have needed a variety of services and we couldn't be happier.
Great place! The staff here is very friendly, accommodating and caring. I called because my dog was having an an eye issue and they got me in that day to make sure it was nothing serious. A few days later I got a follow up call to see how she was doing and they said if anything didn't seem to be getting better to be sure to call them immediately. I feel that we are in good hands here and we will definitely be back!
I left my previous vet and started coming here a little over a year ago and could not be happier! My dog Chipotle is like my child and everyone in this office treats him like the prince he is! Dr. Ingram is absolutely amazing as she is always so caring and helpful while recommending various things to make sure my dog is the best and healthiest he can be! Dr. Wendy Carter and vetenarian assistant, Mandy are wonderful! My dog is a greyhound and like other greyhounds, has specific health concerns that are different from other dog breeds. I was pleased to learn The Animal Hospital of North Charleston is active with the local greyhound rescue and sees many greyhounds. I had a great experience here. We arrived 35mins early for appointment and they were able to immediately put us in an exam room and the vet tech came shortly after to do initial exam. All the staff were very friendly and loving with my dog and they did all they could to minimize costs for me and even gave me a military discount after mentioning being military. I've been taking my dog to see Dr. Cain for about 3 years now. She's incredibly polite, knowledgeable and shows genuine passion for her job and for the pets she sees. The office is bright, clean and in a convenient location in north Charleston. The staff sitting at the front desk is always polite, welcoming and very helpful. We were visiting Charleston, staying at the Air Force Base, when our dog got. Sick. Not knowing anything about vets in the. Area I looked on line. When I called and explained my problem they told me to bring her in. As soon as we got there we were shown to a room and the tech came right in. She was very friendly and carrying. The staff here was extremely pleasant and they treated my two dogs like they were their own. I arrived early for my appt and was immediately put into a room while my paperwork was processed. From the start of my visit, all the way to walking out the door, I felt completely at ease with the way they treated my two dogs and how everything was explained. I am absolutely comfortable with this clinic being the provider for my two dogs. Not to mention, my dogs absolutely loved it too (that may have been the treats speaking).
Great place to take your pet if you want quality service and a caring staff.
