Understanding, Kindness and Compassion.. I had a situation with a 15 year old sweet cat, that I, in a roundabout way, inherited. Never having a cat, and having 3 young high energy dogs at home, I was not a good fit for this cat. I called for some advice at 2, and set up an appointment for 5. I thought euthanasia was my only option for this healthy cat. I had tried rescues, and The Humane Society, but nobody could help. We have been bringing our little Yorkie, Buddy, to the Arc for many, many years and have always had the very best service for Buddy. They are people that really do care. Recently, after 15 years with Buddy we had to have him put to sleep. We received a condolence card from the Arc with everyone putting a message and signing it. Arc, you are the VERY BEST!!! Thank you

We LOVE THE ARK !!! Our Doctor is compassionate and the staff is awesome!! Our dog, Mollie, is in Stage 5 Congestive Heart Failure and they are very attentive to her needs and got her in right away when she was having a particularly hard day. The only service I wish that they offered, would be to come to my home for End Of Life Care.
