RecommendedMy fur baby Cai had to have dental surgery yesterday and they were very caring and patient with him. They are reasonably priced and open 7 days a week. Also in this time when funds may be short, if you apply for veterinary care credit, your bill is over a certain amount (I think its $500) and you are approved, then its interest free payments for 12 months! I'd recommend them to anybody and I'm super picky when it comes to people taking care of my dog.

The Ark is working hard to safely care for our pets even with the COVID limitations. They are doing a great job of "limited contact" appointments and their communication remains stellar.

i was a new patient with a sick dog. They got me in quickly. The vet techs were amazing. Dr. Sangl was thorough and yet not an alarmist. Very affordable. I highly recommend.

Our 17 year old cat needed treatment for an ear and eye infection that became very bad very quickly. The Ark saw him within a couple of hours of calling. They were very thorough and caring in his treatment. Binks will be coming here for all future needs.

They are super friendly, easy to get something scheduled & treat the animals as their own. We've been with the same vet for over 17 years, but recently moved from Mohawk area in Springfield to Barger area in Eugene. We investigated & reviewed & settled on The Ark. we’ve taken our older dog once & our new kitten twice. We are completely happy & satisfied. Informative, kind, and fast. My pup was super sick on a Sunday and they fit her in, inbetween appointments, and let me choose the financial path that worked with my budget. The receptionist even jumped my car! My pup doing so much better and so am beyond grateful !
