Tom was very helpful in locating the perfect home. He is very knowledgeable of the area and offered great support and guidance from the time I made the offer to the time I closed. Tom also has a great network in the area and was able to recommend quality resources from a handyman to a contractor to home insurance. Ryan was patient with us and always available, even on the weekends, when we needed something or some additional information. He sold us our condo in Murrieta and sold one to our daughter (within walking distance) a month or so later. I strongly recommend Ryan if you are buying or selling real estate in the Murrieta, Temecula and surrounding communities area.
