We have been using Basic Companies since 2014. We had them finish our basement (2014), remodel our kitchen (2018) and add a bathroom in the basement (2020). In all cases, the projects were completed on time, budget and with the highest quality. Needless to say, we are very satisfied and will be going to them for our next remodeling project. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Overall I liked and enjoyed all the people who came to do the work with such great professionalism, spirit and a well communicated staff during the entire process. I really liked their enthusiasm and dedication they brought to the place. Excellent! They responded very quickly when I requested a quote and they delivered in all aspects! Every deadline was met, the workmanship is phenomenal, and I had no little to no issues. Gail kept me updated every step of the way. I knew exactly what was happening and when. They were on time and very professional. They completed a total remodel including the floor. Absolutely beautiful! So glad I choose them for the project!!

Excellent. The service and professionalism from the Basic Basement company was excellent. Every morning they crews arrived exactly on time and the level off communication from the project manager and dedicated concierge were superb. Everything promised was delivered. Quality craftsmanship at a great price. This is not a “basic” company, they are a highly efficient organization whose model is the future to home remodeling. Absolute pleasure to work with and couldn’t be happier with the end-result.

Excellent job in all aspects. Estimate was timely with great communication and easy to work with. All work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner with great quality. Gail did a great job setting everything up and working with us, which was a big help with us being a working family. Project manager Kevin was very helpful thru the entire project. Highly recommended

This company did excellent work and i would recommend again. Gail who was my project manager was a pleasure to work with and got the work done on a timely basis even with the Virus and the many slowdowns.
